Love Brasil 66! The main singer, Lani Hall, sang all these songs phonetically, meaning she had NO IDEA what she was singing! She's from Chicago! They usually had a second female english singer. Sergio is still out there performing. He did a great collab with Black Eyed Peas and a bunch of other newer artists. I love the early era of Brasil 66, but later, just before they became Brasil 77, things got real interesting. Check out Ye-Le-Me from the album of the same name! Haunting and soooo cool. Brasil 77 were great too with Claudio Slon on drums. Find their live version of Viramundo if you like a tight, cracking, samba band!

Great rhythmic song about a duck (pato) who is first joined by another duck, then a goose (ganso), and finally, a swan (cisne) to rehearse a quick samba by the lake (lagoa), then fall into the water. The repeated "quem" (who?) at the end can also be construed as "quack" as a play on sounds.
