No, a Ghast Is a lost soul who once was forced to *SUFFER* inside the darkness of soul sand or soil. The Ancient Builders using soul speed on their boots didn’t realise that they were actually releasing trapped souls and giving them freedom. Those free souls would then eventually transform Into Ghasts, depressed lonely beings who have to watch their fellow souls continue to suffer inside the sand and soil.
