Gelli Arts® Gel Printing on DIY Clay Ornaments

Hi there! It’s Marsha here today. I thought I’d try my hand at creating gel printed ornaments made from air-drying clay. The ornaments are super easy to make. I used a cookie cutter shaped like an egg, but with the right cutter, you can customize the ornaments to fit virtually any holiday or occasion.

Wow is there anything that hasn't been or can't be printed to using gel press? I'm starting to doubt it. These are beautiful. Seeing some awesome Christmas ornaments on the horizon. Thanks for the inspiration.

Oh my gosh love it I can totally see funky statement earrings from this idea! A little thinner so not too heavy. May have to gel medium the deli paper to avoid breaking them. Love your video, thanks for sharing!

Would this work with painting underglaze (used in pottery) on the plate and transferring to smooth, unfired clay (aka greenware)? I can see some interesting potential.
