Wow some of these comments are really shitting on this headset... I got this headset 5 months ago and they still work amazing. I have a 2 year old sister who always rips on my gaming setup and the headset is still working perfectly, nothing is broken. I love this headset

Leatherate ear cups are definitely prone to tearing from the hair scraping it. :(
I have the G430 which uses fabric ear cups with some leatherate. The leatherate part tore/flaked badly while the fabric remained fine.


Not to mention leatherates causes more heat build up around the ears.

I would like to understand if it is a problem of the PC or headphones that must be returned. How can I do this? I use the headphones on PC via the USB connection.

Hello, when I plug in the headphones with the DAC on my computer, I hear some slight white noise coming from the headphones and this can be very annoying. I'm using the DAC simply because it makes my microphone sound better. Any tips?

i got these when they came out and i couldn't be more disappointed in a headset. coming from a pair of logitech g430s these were a step down in every possible way. the wire is shorter, weaker, and when i got them they already had a hole in the casing. sound claimed to be better but it was the same or worse. for about a month there was a creak in the headset and whenever you slightly moved your head the mic would pick it up and annoy people you are talking to. the volume wheel on the headset is very sensitive so every time you take off the headset if you happen to nudge it the volume is messed up next time you go to use it. the leather on the cups wears out very quickly as compared to the mesh which stays the same on the g430s. also these ones broke after a year of use in the same spot the g430s did after 5 years of use on the hinge where the cups connect to the headrest.

Thanks for the video man, really appreciate the detail you showed in this. I literally just bought a VOID Elite RGB from Corsair and I've had problems getting Windows to recognize it on my laptop. BUT ironically it registered my Corsair mouse just fine and I don't want to risk it once I get my new PC build done. I also like how Logitech G Hub is much more interactive with the sound than ICUE is especially the surround sound. I've been eyeing this headset to see if I'm wanting to make a brand change and this might just convince me to.

My G430 died after 5 years of use. 2014-2019 RIP, you shall be missed. Great affordable headset. The pads were a mix of leather & breathable mesh. The leather started to peel off after 3 years of use. This G432 is completely leather so I'm not sure how long it's going to last and be warned, full leather paddings like this going to overheat your ears. This is why I'm not buying.
