Proof That CPS Doesn't Matter (6cps vs 20cps)

a higher cps actually is better but since it's practically impossible to have the same aim when jitter clicking, normal clicking is better. If you have practiced the art of jitter clicking for years I'm sure that you'll perform better than when you clicked 6cps. Never stop improving with your tactics, and when you feel like you've hit a wall learn a new technique that you will master. Never stop improving

Trust me, CPS matters. I used to use an auto clicker, if you use it on 6 cps or less you can get some combos etc but you can't get the first hit half the time or keep the combo going, whereas with 14 cps or more on an auto clicker you get the first hit half of the time and also can keep hitting them for longer, it really does matter.

I think the real reason you won is because IAmACottager just isn't as good as you :/ I think, if you fought someone at your skill level with them getting high cps, it would be a different story. Just my opinion

The reason why:
When a player flashes red after getting hit they go into a invulnerable state where they can't be hurt. 6 cps should be just enough so you can hit them as soon ad the invincibility frames are over.
Cps does matter, unless it's 6+ cps.

Cps does matter just only to some extent to be exact. Ping plays a role, so does aim, and a few other factors but in vanilla, unedited MC two players with approximately the same skill level and ping in general nothing more than about 7cps will cause a difference. But hypothetically referencing to an extreme, such as combo ladders, the hit reg is much faster but still has a cap to whether or not 12cps vs 14cps will cause a noticeable difference, if any at all. To come to a consensus on this topic there are simply too many factors that play into this, cps being only 1 of them.

CPS can matter, the most of pvp is aim, strafe and ping 5+ cps is ok enough for good pvp but you can feel better with 10+ cps because your hits register is other...
