My Halo 2 Master Chief chief death screams got over 20,000 views so I decided to do Halo 1. So here are the Halo 1 death screams from Master Chief.

I always thought it was funny how corpses flail their arms around when falling or flying through the air in this game. They are supposed to be dead...

For example - a marine dies and falls to the ground. Then a stray grenade lands near his body and explodes. His body will fly through the air arms flailing as if he was alive.

Fun fact: When dying from falling, if you're looking upwards then his voice is higher pitched and if you're looking downwards it's lower pitched (this is at least true in the original XBOX version). It's as if the doppler effect is employed between MC and the camera in some way. Pitch-shifting it up makes things like the second scream in the vid absolutely hilarious.

Funny thing about these screams in the version for the original xbox, if you look up, his voice becomes high pitched, and if you look down, the tone is deeper.

I remember I was playing legendary on CE and I was in one of those copy n paste square stairways with the huge hole to the bottom in the middle, and I somehow hit a checkpoint just as I was falling off and it ruined my save so that I would spawn falling down the hole.
