If you have been on a call and no one can hear you or you can't hear them then these tips should help fix the problem, or if you have someone on the call who is having audio problems then this will help too.

If you have plugged in an external mic into the mic/headphone socket, particularly on an iMac or MacBook (including Air and Pro) then you might not hear anything and I cover that here too.

I'm having an issue where my audio, both speaker & mic, just stop working. It mostly happens when I enter or exit a breakout room, but it also happens randomly too. Is there a setting I can go to that you haven't covered in this video where I can fix it? I'm struggling to find any solutions online, even from Zoom themselves. The only fix I have been able to figure out for myself is to reboot my laptop, which is very frustrating as I'm teaching online classes for a living.
Any help greatly appreciated! 🙏

i cant hear anything my headphones isnt working

When I use zoom on my tablet with my headphones I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. Even with all the permissions turned on for the app still not working. Even When I Unmute and turn on audio on the zoom app they still can't hear me. My tablet is new I just bought it so Idk what the issue is. Idk if it's my tablet or zoom
