It needs jack point/pinch weld adapters to reach those. Then you can raise cars for wheel and suspension work. That style jack is used (in MUCH larger/heavier form) for commercial trucks so the concept is sound (and stable) but blocking wheel/brake/suspension work greatly limits its usefulness. Using that style frame to stabilize the ag jack used as an actuator was a smart choice. It's not heavy duty but could be handy for mowers, trailers and similar work.

When I have to remove the wheels I simply roll over. Just go a bit fast, hit the handbrake and you're good to go. You probably have to repaint the roof and side panels. But that's no big deal

That tire changer is about as old as the bubble balancer. Watched my dad use one at the shop in the 60s.

The lifts are real cool and everything, i would attempt to lift anything more then a motorcycle, bending no gussets and i wouldnt get under that.
