He clearly says he rubs regenix - which is basically a branded version of minoxidil. You can tell his hair is not very full, so I believe him. If he had gone through hair transplant, his hair would have certain characteristics (fuller, looking slightly more in pattern). I say this because I've researched all this myself and I've been on minoxidil for a year.

As someone without the money for a hair transplant. 99% of you men out there that are balding look better if you just shave it than trying to hold on to your receding hairline. I did it at 26. balding doesn't look good. bald can look good.
