Deputies Angela Rayner and Sir Oliver Dowden face off at Prime Minister's Questions.

Sir Oliver starts by asking Ms Rayner what a working person is, before pushing the point on whether small-business owners count - as they look set to be affected by tax rises in the upcoming budget.

Ms Rayner quips that a working person is someone "the Tory party have failed for the last 14 years".
