Totally agree trevor. Fear is thoughts and words that control us. Works are extremely powerful. I believe words are made of energy. Good and bad energy are words and thoughts that control out actions. For example if a person watching the media and the news, his or her mind is being conditioned to have fear . Also believe living in the present eliminates fear. Having no thoughts connects the person to his true self . The true self is not human and fear only exist in the human form. Meditation and balancing the ego is key to control fear. Removing self from cravings and attachments makes the soul more active which lead to replacing love over fear.
