The current house we've lived in for the past 21 years has a very long history of unexplainable occurrences. Prior to purchasing the house I was a very avid skeptic and disbeliever of paranormal... thinking people who reported such stories were kooks and nutters. Every shred of disbelief I had has evaporated over the years and I'm forced to consider and accept the very real existence of something we're unable to rationally explain. Add to that the fact I'm a staunch atheist. It's a weird position to be in.

We’ve known about this for ages. I’ve been a security guard at night for more than 2 decades. I have experienced many frightening things but they weren’t ghosts.

Energy never dies but is converted to a different type of energy. I know because me and another person saw a ghost together at the same time.

Newtons second law of motion: energy is never created, nor destroyed. You see ghosts, because they're still living on a much different scale than what our minds think of that as

The one thing never spoke about is we sit on a planet in gravity surrounded by an ever expanding universe with forces unseen going through this planet and our bodies. Energy anomalies exist in our earth as well so it’s a factor never regarded when strange things happen with our brains. The hardest part to get through is…unless two more more people witness any anomaly unprompted, it’s a guessing game and interpretation of ones mind. There are too many factors to consider but I’m not one to rule some of these ghost stories out 🤔

I saw one sitting in the doorway of my playroom when I was 3 living for a while in a yellow house on Sunshine Court in Dayton, OH in 81. He smiled at me and flicked his lighter and vanished. My grandma came to me when I screamed. Why is it these spectre's never talk?

I've never seen a "ghost" or spiritual entity, but I can sense something on the spiritual level. As science shows, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, that it just transmutes/transforms into something different. Quantum physics proves the existence of multiple dimensions (string theory, anyone?) So it's possible that individuals are experiencing something that at this time is considered 'unexplainable'. But that doesn't make it any less real.

Look. Back in September last year I had a massive heart attack that killed me for a little more than 8 minutes. Luckily I was in the doctors office when this happened and they were pretty quick on saving me. I had a 100% blockage in my so called widowmaker and from what every doctor that's seen me says, I should be dead right now.
Now because I have a ton of friends in the church and on the streets, I was asked to do something that I couldn't do. I always wondered if people truly had out of body experiences and seeing their loved ones when they die. Because of what was asked for me to do, it would question every single story I have ever heard about.
The Preacher of a church asked me to tell people about what happened to me when I died. I looked at him and said, what happened to me when I died? He said oh how the angels were singing and told me it wasn't my time yet. I laughed and said yeah with Jesus standing there holding my hand. The Preacher says, Yeah like that. I said man I didn't see or hear anything. He said I got $300 that says you did. I laughed and said no man, I have more to lose than what $300 could get me.
He told me this was my way of bringing some faith back into the church. Thinking to myself, I thought no, this how you get your pockets fat with cash while I lie.
This is how I feel about this. One day I might see or hear something that I won't be able to explain. When that day happens and even if that day comes, I want people to trust what I say. I didn't have any experience when I died. Well other than the room having 3 people in it when I went out and when I came back, you couldn't have gotten 3 more people in the room. So yeah I knew time passed and since I woke up gagging and the paramedics pulling something out of my throat, I knew I had died. That didn't mean that Jesus took me and brought me back.
Because of this, I question everything that I have heard and been told. Now if you want to believe that there's life after death, that's your choice. I think I'm going to live the rest of my life as if it was all I had left. And yes I have been told by many that Mayne I just don't remember what happened. I just say, whatever helps you sleep at night.

I don't know. I've seen ghosts twice in my life and I wasn't feeling anxious or anything and I was very much awake. I saw one walk out of the living room back home and it was a couple years after my uncle passed, so it may have been him.

This can be used to rule out some otherwise unexplainable experiences, but there are many of which simply do not fall under any of these explanations and are still up in the air.

Some of my experiences included, though I am skeptical and would not be so quick as to ascribe my experiences as being encounters with the souls of the deceased or anything else so specific.

Moreover, none of this is new information, but I digress.

At the end of the day, there is still much we do not know or fully understand. Writing those experiences off as utter nonsense is ignorant and will prevent true knowledge and understanding of this and other phenomena.

Ghosts are now called "Invisible Terrestrial Entities." There are two kinds...the bright "light" entities, and the creepy "dark" entities. You can see them by using a Santilli Telescope!

I suppose this could be an explanation for some occurrences. But this is far from a broad brush explanation for ALL paranormal experiences that are attributed to ghosts. Quite frankly, this type of explanation would not explain paranormal activities that consist of objects both large and small being moved or thrown on their own. It wouldn’t explain people being attacked and physically injured. It wouldn’t explain a lot of weird stuff.

"Sleep paralysis" is the craziest experiences I've had in my life. I got like ptsd from that shit. There's really something extra goin on there it's not jus an internal thing I'm convinced...

Haven't seen anything paranormal as an adult but trust me I want to see something but nothing will appear. However as a child of around 4, I remember quite vividly there was a big buzz back in the day about a movie named "creature from the blue lagoon". There were other kids around sitting on the couch and adults standing around the couch and behind us. I was watching the TV with said movie playing and this black person walks from the kitchen passing the TV and out the front door. I remember looking back at the adults behind me but no one said anything. I simply thought they were okay with what just happened. This memory did not ring a bell until about 3 months ago and now I wonder if I saw a ghost. We are an Asian family just to put things into context.

Yes. The fact that we WANT to believe that there is something beyond our biological deaths is a huge, undeniable factor in explaining ghostly experiences. The human subconscious mind is a very powerful, misunderstood force.
