On today's date (07.11.2022), considering that at Hashing24 (which is not charging a maintenance fee - but can charge at any time), if I make a 12 month plan 10TH/s = 400 USD. This will generate only 270 USD in bitcoin (assuming there is no increase in network difficulty and no price increase).
In other words, why would it pay to mine, if with the same 400 USD I could buy a larger amount of BTC today than mining will pay me?
