What’s a forest without individual trees? And what would the Ocean be without the millions of physical, geological, and biological processes taking place at - and below - its surface?

Not surprisingly, fine scale features of the Ocean are notoriously difficult to measure, but they are critical to forecasting climates change, weather, and ecosystem interactions.

We hope to leverage Research Vessel #FalkorToo’s High-Performance Computing system to better capture these oceanic features and improve modeling.
