Love the plates! When you're spray painting, try doing 2-3 light coats vs. one thick one. Thicker coatings of paint tend to run under tape a lot more than lighter ones.

These DIYs are very cute! a tip for using spray paint: many light coats and holding the can a little bit away from dish/container will help not put too much on and to not have the pooling you experienced. Use a open box to contain it will help with overspray, too. Keep it up! Thanks!

I love the clock diy!I have the clock at home and hated how it looked so I wanted to get a new one. But I tried this and I love how it looks now. I also added some numbers with scrapbook letters. I did not use the modpodge though, because for some reason it dried really ugly, so on the second try I just put the paper in there without glueing it and it looks great. Plus side I can now easily change the background for different seasons. Love the ikea hacks.
