Enabling natural help in a game using Azure Language Understanding, QnA, and Bing Web Search

Sa11ytaire, an accessible solitaire game, uses the Azure Speech service to recognize speech made at the game. It then uses the Azure Language Understanding, Azure QnA Maker, and Azure Bing Web Search services to provide a helpful response to the speech.
