I memorized this whole short because I stuck it in my pocket while I was making food I’ve never actually watched it I’ve just been listening to it on repeat for like 10 minutes

Bruh, just cool it down....put water in your freezer for 1, 5h and put it out carefully....it's still liquid but any kind of regular external force makes it freeze instantly

I think there's also another way by getting your hand full of some dry ice
Pre-freezing the water right before it's freezing point then triggering the reaction with the dry ice

Supposed you can actually freeze water by touching it, wouldn't it make more sense if the freezing point starts from wherever your hand is in contact with the water?

Well, it's possible that he's really freezing it as volume of water increases when it becomes ice, that explains the rising up of ice

You can do a better version with hyperchilledwater. Take a bottle of water and stick it in a freezer till tge liquit is below freezing temperature but not long enough for it to actually start freezing. Then all you gotta do is slightly agitate the water and suddenly the whole bottle freezes.
