Celebrating a Milestone: City of Bainbridge Island's 30th Anniversary

Bainbridge Island is celebrating a milestone: On Feb. 28, 1991, the City of Winslow annexed the unincorporated area of the island. Voters later changed the name to the City of Bainbridge Island. This video provides an overview on the efforts to become an all-island government.
