Bringing a dip to the party I wasn’t invited too 😎

Creamy Spinach Dip
1 frozen pack chopped spinach
3 bricks cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
16oz Monterey jack cheese
Ranch or Garlic jalapeno seasoning too taste

Put all ingredients in crockpot pot on low for 2-3 hours stirring halfway

I made this recipe for Christmas dinner at my family’s house! It was a HUGE HIT!!!! It did taste a little bland though so me and my sister added some garlic salt to it and OMG it made a world of difference!!! I also added chopped water chestnuts and artichoke hearts. Everyone loved it. THANK you so much for the recipe !!! So so so DELICIOUS!!!!

If you wanna add a nice little light crunch, add a tin of diced water chestnuts just before serving. It gives it such a delicate crunch!

Also, to make a cold version, thaw your spinach (and squeeze out most of the fluid) and use sour cream, mayo, cream cheese and a little bit of thickened cream, a packet of frnech onion soup mix, and the diced water chest nuts. Mix it all together, and its a great cold version of this dip, excellent for summer bbq's! My favourite on a slice of french baguette. Youre welcome!
