Your sleep center will claim they have to do this remotely. Of course you will have to make an appointment so they can bill your insurance. Excellent video.

Great, simple and to the point. I adjusted my Resmed airsense 10 pressure just now and the air no longer punches my face off when I turn the machine on. What a difference. Thank you very much! In Canada, waitlists are so long to see a doctor. It's much better for me to change it by myself and find my own comfort zone. I'm glad I now know how to change my setting by myself. I've been enduring a high pressure for weeks. I'm always waking up with a dry mouth and tired.

Thank you! Exact opposite of everyone else. My pressure was too low. It felt like I was suffocating. Maybe it would have adjusted to my old machine settings eventually, but I didn't want to wait to find out how long that would take.

I've had my CPAP for 3 years and I never feel like I get a good night's sleep. My Dr. Told me that my CPAP would auto set, but I was never told about this setting. For the last three years my CPAP has been on the lowest setting. Thankfully I found this video and was able to turn on the auto set option.

Awesome. My new machine pressures were set half of my old machine. I was able to match the settings easily with this tutorial, saved me hours of trying to get a hold of the sleep center offices.

Great video. I didn't know how to access the hidden settings menu (or that there even was one!). I didn't have Smart Start set up, and didn't see the setting. I also wanted to make sure the distributor set up the right pressure. Your video helped with both those things!

Thank you for providing this information! I had thought thtat only the MD could change these settings (must have been a recent update). I had felt that the pressure I had was set too low. I am raising it slightly to test it out.
