1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Galaxie Town Sedan

My father recorded as I backed out of my driveway and drove away.
The engine is a FE 352 and it has no mufflers on.

My uncle had a car just like this one, even the same color. Some of my earliest memories are of riding in that car.

Fine automobile, my grandfather had a black and white one. His was a 292 with the three on the tree.

Ford called it the Ford Galaxie. Never "Fairlane 500 Galaxie", despite the rear deck badging. I am old enough to remember.
