I moved over the summer. I didn’t know that on the last day of school would actually be my last day with my best friends. If i would’ve known i would have held onto them tighter. I haven’t seen them in over half of a year. God, i would do anything to see them one more time.

I’m in 7th grade and my dad is a head coach of a high school tackle football team and I have never cried so much when the clock hit 00:00 at the state championship game. I had spent so much time with the seniors even though they weren’t related to me. I ran to the one senior who had treated me as his sister and I just cried. Then I saw that one of the other senior football players had played last time we went to state championship in 2020 his freshman year. Next time he’ll have to buy a ticket to get it. (He used this sound) 😢😢😢😢
I got to be one the field at all the games to be a water girl but it still hurts that some of the seniors who played for my school might never put on football pads again…

My freshman year of highschool our marching band was set to go on its usual trip to disneyworld to perform parades, as the band does every 4 years. Well, Covid hit and no bus drivers were willing to take us, but they were willing to take us to Nashville. I didn’t realize that the experience I had would be the best one of my life, the memories with friends, throughout the laughter and the sadness, I wish I knew when the good old days were before I left them. I miss being a little freshman with awesome upper classmen.
