Here are the steps;
• Navigate to your favorite browser, such as Google Chrome.
• Click sign in at the top right of YouTube to log into your account.
• Click on the Camera icon at the top right of your YouTube account page.
• Click on ‘Go Live’ from the pop-up options.
• Click on the 'Stream' option at the top left of your screen.
• Next, click on the ‘Edit’ option at the top-right of your screen.
• Click on the customization option at the left of the ‘Edit’ pop-up.
• Under customization, check the ‘live chat’ option.
• You can also choose the type of people to chat with under the 'Participant modes' still under customization.
• Click on the 'Save' option at the bottom left of your Customization window to save the changes.
