I love this vlog!! And as someone who is learning to edit on the go, I really appreciate the editing, it is awesome :)
As for the jet lag, try taking melatonin during the first 1-2 nights in the new place. It's what your body produces when it gets dark outside and taking it helps you to adjust your body clock quicker!
I've had a 3, 5 year long distance relationship (London, UK to Denver, CO) so I've had a lot of practice with those kind of flights haha!
