The 84 year old man has all his wits about him.
He was blessed with a good wife until last year.
THIS is a lucky man.

A judge with a heart and a sense of humor, WOW!
We need more men like you in the judiciary, Sir.
Well done.

Judge Caprio is a legend. He's more than fair, more than understanding and very funny. He always helps people out even when they are guilty.

"Let's talk about something LOLOLOL! I love this guy. I'm sorry his wife died, he seems very lonely but he still talks about her ravioli! Judge Caprio gets some really interesting characters coming through his courtroom, and the way he treats people is so heartwarming to see.

The lady in the blue was soo happy to see this old man... And then she suddenly became so sad as he mentioned his wife's death... I think she got emotional..

Totally awesome. Two good elderly gentlemen being respectful and charming, something the youth of today is completely devoid of.

Judge you’re eyes showed such compassion when he talked about his wife cooking you ravioli. He took you back to a time when people opened their homes, their family and especially their love. God bless you both 💕

It dropped a tear when he said his wife passed away, because when you lose your partner all you can hope for is to be with them again in my opinion.

I've seen this great Judge before in another video. I just love this man! He is compassionate, fair, honest, and has tremendous integrity and respect for others. He's so wonderful. If all USA judges were half as great as he is, we would all see true justice far more often in our legal system and courts. I hope he teaches law classes as well as presiding in court. Great role model and mentor for other judges and students of law.

Man this brought tears to my eyes, I wish my dad was still here instead of losing him at the young age of 72. Losing someone close leaves a big hole in your life. 🇬🇧

I just love the Judge's sense of humor, fairness, and nostalgia. Thank you Judge Caprio for bringing normal life to the judisioury system. May we all remember our roots and honor the basic principles of being good citizens. I'm not from America, yet I still appreciate your wit and fairness. Keep up the good work!!!

Judge Caprio is the best. A true Judge and he's what it's really all about.

I love old school Italians!! Brings so much joy listening to their stories and their escapades. Reminds me of my relatives and their friends. Especially my grandfather, he could tell a story like no other, his laugh was boisterous and infectious. This judge is one hell of a guy. All judges should take his example and learn from it. Not every ticket or law needs to be done by the books. Real life and experience should help with their judgment.
