No option to "verify" shows up when I access my Device and Browser option. Just says that my phone is not verified?

Having worked with numerous banks in SA over the past 20 years - I have to say the FNB sign up process is by far the worst experience I've had thus far. It took over an hour yesterday and two hours this morning just trying to create an account. Numerous system errors and claims that an agent would contact me - and a day later I'm still waiting for their call. And even talking to and agent via the banking app - was a laughable experience. I was eventually told I would need to go to a FNB branch to open an account! Of course I could have done that instead of wasting hours stuck in an endless technical loop. And this YT video is also completely out of date - no surprise there. The only reason I need an FNB acount is to transfer some Paypal funds to SA. Why Paypal uses FNB is beyond me. I certainly wont, once I've made the transfer!

How do one access they USERNAME when FOR ONE TO GET THE USER NAME REQUIRES THE PERSON TO HAVE BEEN VERIFIED FIRST, WHY PALYING WITH CUSTOMERS MIND MAKNG THEM GO ROUND AND ROUND IN THE SAME CIRCLE.

Hi guys. You can chat with them in the app and ask how to verify. They told me that I have to make a payment of R300 or more then wait for 7 days. Your device will then become verified automatically or you will need to click the button verify after the 7 days. This might change in the future.
