As a french native speaker, I have to warn those who came here to learn something : "words can't describe my love for you" might be something you'd say in english, but "les mots ne peuvent décrire mon amour toi" is a very odd thing to say in french, which is why the speaker couldn't help to add "cheesy". I never said it, I never heard anyone say it.
French people would rather say "Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire l'amour que j'ai pour toi". (same meaning, still cheesy, but not odd). I'd avoid it entirely though, "je t'aime" is perfectly fine.

Maybe it's just me cause I'm super tired right now.. but around 1:35 it sounds like you add an S or Z sound after the word 'tu' in Veux-tu etre... just curious, is that just something a native speaker does sometimes?
