In this video, I cover how to randomize a list in Google Sheets. I will show you how to use the built-in randomize range feature, and I will also show you how to pick a random from a list. I will be picking a random name from a list using the RANDBETWEEN, INDEX, and COUNTA functions to show you how this is done.

Great stuff, really helpful! I’m now wondering if there is a way to add a button to click to randomize the column when the button is clicked. I watched your “On Change” video and am looking for something like that, but instead of randomizing on a change, just being able to click a button? Thanks again for the content!!

Sorry, but this is NOT about "how to randomize a list"... but HOW TO PICK A RANDOM VALUE FROM A LIST.- In terms of "randomize a list", the result should be the same (complete) list in a RANDOM order... which is what I was looking for and your video does not explain, even though it states so in the title =(
