Minimum Wage Increasing In New York, New Jersey

Some workers in the Tri-State Area who make minimum wage will see an increase in their paychecks in the new year.

Ha 13$ that’s insanely low for nyc do they know how much rent, insurance, con-Ed, health insurance, car notes and groceries!!! Is? Even someone getting paid 15 $ an hr working full time is making 600 and after tax really that’s 450 to 500. And don’t get me started with overtime, it’s pointless the majority of it goes to tax anyways. Min wage should be no less then 24$ an hr that way even after tax your still hovering around 7 to 800$ ( full time that is )
