First h plus will attack so will open and one degree carbocation will form which is the first intermediate as four member ring is not stable so ring expansion will take place and five member ring will form here the second intermediate will be formed moreover hydride shift will take place for more stable carbocation hence 3 intermediates during all these three transition States will form
Now the water as a nucleophile will attack and form the product as the carbocation there will be no transition state
So answer will be a three transition state and three intermediate will be followed
