I don’t know about you, but one of the things helping me get through this crazy time is music. I battle anxiety and right now I think even people who don’t normally have anxiety are experiencing it for the first time. Music is therapeutic and it helps us escape from everything going on around us even if just for a few moments. I’ve been trying to think of uplifting and encouraging music that I could share and I came across this Dan Coates arrangement of Bridge Over Troubled Water. We can’t be there for each other in person right now, but we can support our friends and family from a distance thanks to technology. I hope this song lifts your spirits as much as it has mine.
