One time I was at a panda express and the lady in front of me was getting steak and broccoli, she asked if they had any other beef options, and the employees responded "no this is steak." Confused, the lady asked again, and once again they responded "no this is steak!" The lady explained to them that steak is beef, then the employees just looked at each other and shrugged. Forever one of my favorite interactions to have witnessed in public
