How to diagnose, rebuild and clean a Carb for a Chinese 150cc Gy6 GO Kart dune Buggy Carburetor

If you have a 150cc gy6 atv or go kart and your Symptoms were smooth idle but bogging down under acceleration. Very Sluggish acceleration. Your issue could be a Main Jet Clogged. After removing bowl and cleaning jets acceleration was smooth again

Mine idles great but boggs down, once you give it gas it revs up but dies when it idles back down any

That looks like the end of the needle from the slide on the top side.

Hey could someone help, I have a carb and it won’t idle and it won’t start on its own, if I feed the go cart gas it will but it won’t start on its own. I’ve taken it apart and cleaned it plenty of times and I don’t know what the problem could be, could someone help please

I cleaned out my carb + the main jet and pilot jet, still does the same thing. Idles fine, but as soon as you give it gas, it'll completely die out. Does the main/pilot jet have to been tighten all the way or what's the correct way to ensure that it lines up with the carbs body jet holes for the gas to go in? How many turns does it take?

Is there a hole through the pilot jet?
I know that there are eight tiny holes on the side of it :-)
