How to install and do Annotation of Images using LabelImg (Easy & Simple)

Note: Please, make sure that you have 'lxml' installed in your system.
For Windows: pip install lxml
For Linux: sudo pip install lxml

Bro how is this 'lifesaver', literally every yt tutorial and stack has the same pending issue of how to solve 'pyrcc5' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
