i need to tile over with an exterior grade plywoo substrate on a balcony. Can I apply Redgard over the plywood or is there another step before applying Redgard for waterproofing?

Hi is it okay if the concrete slab is a little bumpy due to ripping old tiles off . Then waterproofing on top . We patched most the holes with cement 😅

What a perfect video for me at this time. I live in a two story condo. On the second floor, I have a 600 square foot patio that is concrete. I will be placing porcelain outdoor tile on the concrete. For Arizona, and the extreme heat. What kind of tile would be best?

Can you do the same for the interior with concrete floors

I have an old garden path and am keen to surface it with tiles. If I use this method with the adhesivce you mention as well as buttering the back of the tiles, what chance do I have of it lasting without cracks? Would I need some sort of edging for the tiles to 'butt up' against, so they don't end up getting chipped off the side of the path?

What if you wanna go bigger then the pad? Can you use matching pavers as tile replacement. Or all that not work

I'm currently deciding between installinga concrete slab and tiling over it and installing pavers. My concern is from the potential cracking of concrete against the durability of the pavers, but the cost of slab and tile is significantly cheaper than pavers. What are your thoughts?

WHERE IS THE UNCOUPLING MEMBRANE? THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF CONCRETE...THAT WHICH IS CRACKED, AND CONCRETE WHICH IS *GOING TO CRACK*
THAT THE CONCRETE CRACKS, WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE TILE? AN UNCOUPLING MEMBRANE WOULD SOLVE THAT ISSUE

Are there any cons for putting tile on a driveway?

That installation is WRONG... you need to refer to a proper installation technique (NTCA or the TCNA).
