My emetophobia got severe when I was a little younger than her, but seeing how brave and smiley she was just kinda shocked me and now I want to cry because I wanna be that kid. Such an amazing brave little girl

A shower or bath can really help it will help her feel more comfortable and at first since it’s warm water her temperature may rise a little bit but as soon as she gets out she’ll be cold again and it will make her temperature go down. Next time someone gets sick just try to get them to get in the shower because it will really help

If she ever feels like she’s gonna puke, what I normally do is lay down low, it relives the nausea feeling for me! So, after I have a lot of sugar, I normally don’t puke, but recently, whenever I have sugar I feel like I’m gonna puke, but, I have a loft bed, so I have to go to the bathroom, by running, and lay down on the cold floor, then I’ll ask my dad to make a pillow mattress and then I’ll fall asleep really quickly and then I’ll feel better in the morning!
