My priority date is February 2018. I got approved January 2024 and case have been transferred from USCIS to NVC. But I haven't received any case creation number from NVC.

Hi there, I have 2 1/2 questions about the EB3 category. 1) Why is 'Retrogression' practiced as part of the US immigration system since all cases filed whether for AOS or consular processing always follow the 'FIFO' method. 2) If the sponsor applies to NVC to transfer the case from Islamabad to any other Embassy, do primary and all beneficiary applicants appear for the interview at the newly assigned embassy? and is there a cost for that application to NVC? Thanks in advance.

I have a question. How often does NVC typically update the F1 Group under "FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES" that has been at 22 Oct 2015? Its been over a year and I curious if they update that category once a year? It seems that is the only category that appears to be in stall mode for a long while now.

Hello friend, u don't mention anything about priority dates for family/spouse when the petitioner is a permanent resident, I have filled my petition for my wife on 8/26/19 the case is on nvc accepted and approved supposedly waiting for visa to become available to get interview and still waiting for the interview for my wife at the el salvador us embassy, can u tell me how to get this case expedited?? I have been watching your videos 🎉 so I put in a K-1 visa and it was received at the USCIS on April 28, 2023 and then we got our acceptance letter end of March 2024 and then it was transferred to the NVC in May and now it is August and still no word from them. My question is is this normal or is it going to take much more time? Any help would be appreciated.
