The black shoes look nice with your hair. Women should always have as a foundation- hand bags and shoes that match their hair. I have blonde hair and so black bags and shoes do nothing for my low contrast/ soft features. I stick with camel/ ivory/pecan/ warm taupe for bags and shoes unless I’m throwing in a pop of red or olive green or cobalt blue or something else in my color palette
