Spazz is a very well known band that formed in the early 90's. They are known as a "Powerviolence" band. They formed in the United States and are one of the main influences in many hardcore and powerviolence bands today. Spazz vocalist and bassist Chris Dodge was also the owner of Slap A Ham Records which released Spazz albums as well as many great bands such as No Comment, Man Is The Bastard, Crossed Out, Capitalist Casualties, Infest and many more.

I don't play powerviolence often, but Spazz is a really fun band to listen to and decided to give it a shot. Thanks for watching.

Hell yeah
Spazz and Lack of interest were the two bands that got me into playing powerviolence/grindy drums. Two of the most unique and relentless drummers I’ve ever heard and should absolutely be talked about more in the drum community

Fuck yeah Spazz!! Been listening to them since the 90s! Awesome power violence and probably my favorite out of the genre. Love your blast beats too! Very precise and the rest of your beats and fills are super tight. Nice one dude!!

Could you do a video explaining the kind of blasts they do in pv? I cant tell if its hammer blast or traditional. Hard for me to keep speed with my kick foot
