Installing Minecraft Java Edition on an iPhone

as someone who had the same issue with not being able to download from github, its because you werent signed in on the iphone. therefore you cant download from the actions tab like u can from releases

Huh. This worked better than expected. Even my laptop has issues with modern versions of _Minecraft._ That's using Sodium, mind you! Impressive stuff!

Also, since it's _Minecraft: Java Edition, _ it's probably pronounced "PO-jahv".

This was my dream back when I was younger. I've always wanted minecraft java on my tablet. But now that I own a computer I never really thought java would be on the phone. Guess I was wrong, because this is impressive

just searched for this but for android instead, tryed it and its really awesome, finally one dev team knew what some of us wanted on our phones and thats not bedrock type :) thank you

The fact it ran that well on an iPhone 6s from 2014 is crazy tho. Imagine running it on at least an iPhone 12 - it'll probably run perfectly

I loved Bedrock soley because I played on mobile, but after using Java on mobile it actually feels better

I used to have it on my iPhone 15 and it ran better than Pocket Edition

i love how BE 1.16 with shaders ran better on my phone than the current versions of BE

I have the standard S25 and I ran Minecraft Java so smooth and the fps went from 334 to 805 to 968 to 1641fps which is crazy how it ran very well without using mods. It ran better than most PCs

I legit tried this back in the summer (2024), but couldn’t work out how to get java 21 so never tried again. Ty for this, kinda used this as a mini tutorial haha.
