I know this might sound crazy but the past week and soecially the past 4 days I have been crying my eyes out because my husband left. I have been in the couch, barely able to function. I spent thanksgiving alone barely eating anything. I listen to this audio yesterday when I went to sleep and it is absurd how much inner peace and happiness I feel today. It feels completely unreal. I went out of the house and felt the air in my face and it felt beautiful. Thank you so much for this I think it is really helping me.
It is a feeling like.. no matter what happens, if he comes back or not, I'm going to be ok.

I started listening to his meditation after getting divorce. I started with the soulmate one. Now I have heard every last one and cannot sleep with these medications. I still had crazy weird dreams but the videos relaxes me enough to be able to fall asleep. I pray this helps someone. We all deserve happiness and miracles.

Ive been homeless for little less than a year with my family, no one except for my friends knew and few staff at my school knew as well. But now random strangers could be reading this, I feel like I should be open about it, I feel like it could help in some way. Im currently in a homeless shelter and will have to be moving schools, I honestly just want to move back to where I was and stay at my current school. I keep telling myself that things can only get better from here but it keeps getting worse, but something made me want to watch this video as I fall into my slumber on this peaceful night.

I love the affirmations but for some reason, even after I shut it off, I sleep horribly, tossing and turning. Maybe my subconscious is getting too excited.
