Hey Michael...this is the primary reason that channels like yours, should never have videos taken down by record labels and other artists. I may have never, ever found this group on my own and the are awesome. I just don't understand how a record company not see the value in what people like you, Rick Beato and other reactors/teachers do. Thank you!

Love your videos but this one may be one of my favorites. I learned about Bahamas seeing him open for another Canadian act you have reviewed "City and Colour." So great when other people react the way I first did when I discovered some band. Your reaction is priceless. Love it. Bahamas is just so good. Thanks for the video.

As a Canadian, we often bitch about the amount of taxes we pay. When I see some of my Loonies going towards creating quality productions such as this and supporting local artists, it eases the pain a bit. Consider this a gift to the world from all Canadians. Enjoy.

I’m from Canada and I had never heard of this band… loved it. Lots of talented musicians in Canada. Legends your country has barely even heard. Come on in- the water’s fine…

‘Fiddlers Green’. Mr. Palmisano absolutely should do a reaction to this incredibly heartfelt Song. Please encourage this to happen!! It’s a song with such conviction and humanity it has to effect everyone that gives it the space to do so.

I'm South African and i don't remember how i discovered Bahamas but i've been in love for a few months now. What a revelation they've turned out be. All The Time might be my favorite but it could also be So Free 🤷🏾‍♀️
And yes, Canadians are fucking awesome in their artistry!

Love Bahamas. Not because I'm Canadian, but really they're just so good. The CBC promotes a lot of our talent, both in music and in books. I've found so many gems just listening to the CBC. Love you too.

Thanks for the Canadian love buddy. I recommend listening to Dan Mangan for a reaction as well. A few songs are standouts to me. Troubled Mind, Mouthpiece, Lay Low, and Sold.

The look on your face at 4:40. Priceless.

It was a delight to watch you get smacked around by Afie's velvet vibe and the band's impeccable delivery. Garden variety it ain't. That combination of lurking power and sweet restraint am I right?

I hope they see this. It's such a sweet tribute, straight from the heart.

Happy trails

Canadian music scene rocks! Literally. For a relatively small country, there's something for everyone. Always has. From one end of the country to the other.

Your joy at this tune is so infectious! Love it! Yeah, Bahamas is awesome. One of my favorite artists to emerge over the last decade. I return to their music all the time for this kind of vibe from them. "Lost in the Light" is another absolute gem of a tune

This, to me, is orchestration of both tone and silence.
A significant part of true artisanship imo is taking away all that doesn't "belong" and only adding what does.
The musicianship of this reminds me of the beauty in Steely Dan--which I've loved for many decades.
Thank you for sharing this with us. You've made my day, after yet another memorial service, much better.
