'This is a war on civilians,' says Klitschko as preschool hit by Russian shelling

MAYOR of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko today passionately called out Vladimir Putin for his 'war crimes', saying 'this is a war on civilians.'

The former heavyweight boxing champion said six apartment blocks along with a preschool had been hit overnight by Russian shells.

He told Sky News: "This is a war against civilians - I don't see military people here."

The question that should be asked is Protection of victims of armed conflict through respect of International Humanitarian Law is this law been obeyed by President zelensky as he tells all of the civilian residents of his country to take up arms and distributes arms to all of his civilian residents and tell them to make bombs Is he not putting all of his civilian residents in grave danger and not only he tells this to his people but he makes a announcement on live tv which is then broadcast around the world and no one tells him that this is roung which includes US and UK and European union countries that you a putting your own civilian in risk and grave danger so now the Russian government and its forces knows that every citizen of Ukraine is ready to fight them not only the army but the whole of the country which includes the whole public of Ukraine so if they get killed and injured or bombed Is this fault of Russian government or fault of the Ukrainian government by putting it's own public at risk by telling them to fight the Russian army so for the Russian every Ukrainian civilian citizen is a enemy why has no one in the world including humanitarian agency's and European union countries and UK and US been silent and turned a blind eye to this stupidity and foolishness of President zelensky they have not condemned it until now so this makes
