Suggestion: Since your mom has lighter olive skin you could give tips for her skin tone. Olive skin is even more forgotten by make up brands then brown skin, we always have to settle for the "neutral" undertone products because alot of brands don't have shades for olive undertones.

I literally didn't know I had curly hair until this year! I straightened it my whole life and finally this year I reached my breaking point with how my hair never stayed straight throughout the day and always looked super frizzy. I thought my hair was wavy so I started using products for waves, but a few months later, I ended up with literal spirals that I don't even define apart from using a wide tooth comb. I can't believe I went my whole life thinking I had straight hair when my mom literally has 3b hair 💀
