At Tokyo Disney Sea, there’s an Ariel’s Grotto. In that Grotto, there’s an ACTUAL Ariel grotto (playground thingy) There’s a tinted mirror that looks pretty normal, but when you loop around to Ursula’s lair, there is the same mirror, but you can peak into Ariel’s grotto! Now this is pretty cool, but the best part is, the people taking selfies or whatever, don’t see the people waving to them or making faces at them on Ursula’s side, because it’s tinted. What I did, I got a flashlight and started making scary faces at the ppl on Ariel’s side. The light in illuminated a part of my face, so I looked like some sort of god or smth. Def one of the best parts of the trip

The best thing that I’ve seen that in Disney World Florida, in the haunted mansion wait line, there is a tombstone of Mr.Frog, a shut down ride

Coolest thing I've seen in Disney: I was there in 1979. There were a lot fewer tourists there, and there was literally an orange grove across the street from my hotel. I walked in for the first time, and the antique car was waiting - there were no other arriving guests. The driver said "Can I give you a ride to the castle?" I was pretty overwhelmed, but my parents said "sure!" and got me into the car. He drove us up the empty main street, and we got off of the car at the castle, where Mickey was waiting to give me a hug. (Still nobody else around.) I thought "They can't possibly give service like this to everyone. WHAT DID MY PARENTS *DO*??!"

About 30 years later I walked through that gate alone. Of course it was much more crowded, but just as I walked in a parade was happening, and the cast was smiling and waving and singing "Celebrate the brand new day!"

And I remembered going there for my last vacation with both parents and started to cry.

I found a hidden Mickey made of leaves and one on Splash Mountain when I went

Years ago, I remember waiting in line for Space Mountain and saw a kid push in front of this grown man. The man grabbed the kid by the shoulder and casually threw him back. The kid on the ground is astonished and looks around gets up and runs off. Now nobody had seen this but me, at least nobody had reacted to it, the guy looks over to me making eye contact and just shrugs. He just shrugged like "What?".

The coolest thing I’ve seen is a hidden Mickey in the lights at Grand Floridian! We were lost looking for Gasparilla Grille and this lovely cast member took us there and on the way showed us a bunch of hidden Mickeys. The best one was if you stand on the patio area of Gasparilla Grille at night and look towards the castle there are a couple light fixtures that perfectly line up to form a hidden Mickey. So cool!

The coolest thing I’ve seen at Disney was when I was 5 years old and it was my first time visiting the Florida Disney park I saw a white carriage somewhere in the park (probably magic kingdom in fantasyland) I have the picture of me and my sisters sitting in it.

Beastly Kingdom wasn’t built because of budget cuts and for a long time they had a big empty plot of land at Animal Kingdom until a few years backs when they built Pandora.

The tiny millennium falcon is actually such a cool detail to add. I looked it up, it’s under the giant side vent on the cockpit

it’s always sad when Disney abandoned projects. Epcot was supposed to be where you could live right on site. There were supposed to be another hotel on the monorail line. I think it was Asian. And of course Adventure Island, with all the bird was awesome as a kid.

My favorite is that they actually put Constance Hathaway’s wedding ring into the pavement at the updated haunted mansion que due to the popularity of proposing at the old spot
