I will never understand why Smash Bros introduced the concept of Echo Fighters, only to not take full advantage over the idea. Like, I can forgive the 3rd Party Fighters for not getting Echo Fighters due to copyright reasons, but what's the excuse for characters from Nintendo's library of games? Funky Kong could've easily have been Donkey Kong's Echo Fighter, but for whatever reason was not included in the game, except for him selling a few items in his shop.

I think that he or Dixie Kong should enter as a new character in the Donkey Kong series or maybe they add both

That forward tilt and back air though, this would be a great character

He’s got a Cloud sized back air and a Sephiroth sized forward tilt which are both amazing moves on their own

Actually that back air is even bigger than Cloud’s

I'm sure the up special used to work before, having funky enter the barrel and get launched out of it into any direction, but now i feel like the modders are reworking it at the moment. But i'm sure i saw it work before when i saw this mod months ago
