'Meh' modernized Westinghouse traction elevators in Harrisburg, PA

(11-13-2021) SORRY for the rushed and crappy take, as I was quite disappointed by the fact this was the only place open the day I was here... Harrisburg as a city isn't too great for elevators in general, but I was still glad I got on these even if they were modded. I will be back in Harrisburg sometime soon, so stay tuned for some videos ;)
