3) Number Tab --- Custom
4) Under "Type" text box, enter the following.
0 "pcs"
5) OK
6) Apply to all cells using Format Painter.

Here are the steps for decimal number (float/real).
1) Select a cell
2) Ctrl + 1
3) Number Tab --- Custom
4) Under "Type" text box, enter the following.
0.000 "kg"
5) OK
6) Apply to all cells using Format Painter.
