Jen, you truly are an inspiration to all the women out there especially to me. Its always a pleasure to attend your yoga class and see you smiling each and every day. You inspire me every single day to pursue yoga even though I struggled initially you always motivated me to keep going. Thankyou for sharing your story with everyone and being a true inspiration.

I have mild autism and cerebral palsy as well as other disabilities and I have been going to adapted fitness classes (including yoga) for 3 years at my local community college. It's a really great environment! There's people with all sorts of disabilities/severity of disabilities there as well as all ages. Unfortunately I won't be able to go this semester due to my schedule (however I may be able to get assistance at the fitness center at the 4-year university I attend, but they don't have adapted classes the way the community college does), but I will go there as much as I can for as long as I can. It's pretty much the only way I can get exercise other than walking because I always need assistance in anything else.
