It’s important to remember that beauty is subjective, everyone likes different things. Everyone feels their best at different sizes and that’s okay.

please make more content like this. EVERYONE is fake and sugarcoat things and its so hard to find blunt content that actually helps you see reality for what it really is.

As a dancer, I made most money as at my lowest weight (5’9, 120lbs) blonde hair. Extremely low body fat. Princess treatment despite I come into work at at midnight and don’t even dance when I got on stage. Always got richest clientele; got away with everything. Then I took a break, gained 20lbs and hit the club and received strictly vulgar oversexualized comments and crumpled dollars from dusty nobody’s

As an overweight black girl who grew up fat and is currently losing weight, you did not lie!! I love how you don’t sugarcoat anything and tell it like it is. This the shi i wanna hear.

Girl is spitting facts. It goes even deeper. When you are just slightly overweight...men who are looking for a mother will hit on you and expect you to be selfsuficiant. When you are skinny and look like a fragile fairy you get men that want to protect and provide. Nobody expects you to be capable of anything. Even women feel the need to protect skinny girls when shit is going on. "Oh you are so tiny...you can't carry that...let me help you". Nobody feels the need to protect a fat girl. Sad but true.

As I flight attendant, I see the way people treat overweight people. Some people even have a look of disgust when they have to sit next to someone overweight. 🥴

I love how raw this is, people can put up as many facades as they want talking about “being skinny is just as bad as being fat” or “trust me you don’t want to be a size 0-2” when being skinny is the universal standard for attractiveness. Almost every if not all clothing brands cater to people with smaller frames. In a world where “fat” is an insult and external looks determine how you are viewed, treated, and loved, being thin is going to put you miles ahead of someone who is let’s say midsized in almost all aspects of life, as sad as it is.

Me personally, I started losing the most weight after reading the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, a few things you are mentioning in this video are also in the book

Skinny is everything. When I lost the weight baby the doors have opened and never been better. Model thin is the wave

This is so true. I’m naturally thin and have been my entire life. From a young girl to a teen I had people bully me or comment on my weight about how thin I was. I wasn’t super skinny, concerning or anything—just slender and thin. Everyone who made fun of my weight were either: boys, jealous friends, jealous fat girls, etc. well I grew up and now I’m still thin, like the thin model type, tall and slender. I don’t get “bullied” anymore. I grew up and came to the quick realization that I was in the desired body all along and stepped into my power. Now I love being thin and I watch my weight and stay on top of my workouts because I can’t slip up. Why? Because my discipline and self love are inspired by the fear of being average. 🙃

You’re promoting intuitive eating, hygiene, exercise, vices in moderation, self love, and eating vegetables.

People comment that you’re toxic and promoting ED because the focus is superficial, but they don’t understand the application.

Can’t wait to be a skinny bitch again. Thank you for the motivation ❤️

Best part of this video? She's right! Walking through the world as an overweight, obese woman was the hardest thing I ever did. The *hardest.*
You're treated poorly, assumed to be desperate, lazy, unambitious. You're basically _invisible._

Now that I lost 60lbs, the difference is astronomical! You look and feel better, you walk different, you attract better men, you're treated better, you get more respect...you're a whole new person!

I love the ENERGY!!! I love how honest you were! I lost 40lbs and people treat me much better!! I get free stuff all the time now. I had a nail in my tire and had to go to 2 different places. Both gave me free services.
A decent body, pretty face and a good attitude will get you a lot of places and literally SAVE YOU MONEY!!

Thanks for knocking us upside our head with the truth. As much as I wanna be okay with my weight gain, I’m not. My face really shines when I’m slimmer

Thanks for speaking truthfully. I was thin and beautiful, now I'm fat. I'm ready to get skinny again.

To all the people who suspect that skinny is just for men, they don't understand, maybe they never experienced it. Being beautiful comes with a lot of weirdness because everyone reacts emotionally to beauty. When I was skinny little girls would come over and hug me! They would ask if I was a princess!

100% true. I always had a pretty face, long hair. Game changer was to lose weight. I was previously invisible to men. At school, at college, at work. Invisible. Just a friend. I remember that at parties, no matter how nicely I dressed and how good a mood I was in, guys didn't want to talk to me. In the group, I felt that guys wanted to talk to my skinny friends, and I should leave. I was not obese, but I was overweight. I weighed 72 kg with a height of 168 cm. All my female friends told me that I looked great and that I shouldn't lose weight. I also thought I looked good because I had that "thick body". I remember parties where my female friends were happy, guys were buying them drinks like crazy. And I sat alone watching other women have fun. And then I lost weight to 52 kg. Guess what happened? I go out in damn jeans, sneakers and an old t-shirt, and guys beg for my attention. I didn't change anything. I just lost weight. I now have a partner that I could once dream of. Such ones didn't even look at me. Women also treat me differently. Do you know what it's called? RESPECT. Of course, I happened to hear from fake female friends that I look bad.... why did you lose weight.... it was better before.... blah blah blah. They are simply jealous bitches. Being skinny changes everything. Period.

i used to be chubby, my whole family is overweight if not obese and i hated myself for it. now i got skinny and i finally have a healthier view on food. my mother tells me how sickening i look and how i’m like a skeleton even though i’m literally just at healthy size. this video reminded me to feel good in my skin even though some people at unhealthy sizes will try to ruin it for me. girlies, get skinny, get healthy and be happy 🫶
